Physician-formulated nutrition for the weeks before conception, built around a clinical dose of CoQ10.

An egg ovulated in any cycle has been maturing for roughly the preceding 90 days. The nutrition available to the body during that window becomes part of what that egg develops in, which is why fertility doctors recommend starting a quality supplement eight to twelve weeks before actively trying. For anyone whose path to trying takes longer than that, this window simply extends: starting early still matters, whether that’s a few weeks in or considerably longer.

The evidence behind that recommendation is substantial. A daily multivitamin with at least 400 mcg of folic acid has long been associated with both preventing neural tube defects and improving the odds of achieving and maintaining a pregnancy. In assisted reproductive technology specifically, higher folic acid intake, up to roughly 1,200 mcg per day, has been associated with higher live birth rates. Vitamin B12 and vitamin D show a similar pattern: better status, better outcomes, among women undergoing fertility treatment.

Three nutrients set this formula apart

    The headline nutrient
    CoQ10
    600 mg

CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10) is a natural compound that helps cells generate energy, and egg cells need a large, steady supply of it. Research on women with diminished ovarian reserve has used doses around 600 mg per day for at least eight weeks before treatment, the amount included here. It is supportive nutrition for egg cell health, not a treatment.

    Most prenatals 0–50 mg
    Create for Women 600 mg

An estimated 97% of prenatals contain no CoQ10 at all, and most that do fall well short of the studied dose.

    Folate
    1,200 mcg
folic acid · 2,000 mcg DFE

The cornerstone preconception nutrient for DNA synthesis, red blood cell production, and neural tube development. We use folic acid, the most extensively studied form and the one most fertility doctors still prefer.

    Iron
    27 mg
    studied for ovulatory function

Supports hemoglobin production and oxygen transport, and intake has been studied in relation to ovulatory function and ovarian reserve. Most fertility gummies skip iron. We kept it at a clinically relevant dose.

A genuinely complete preconception protocol, meaning a clinically supported CoQ10 dose, iron, and high-dose folate, would traditionally mean several separate bottles and a handful of pills daily. Create for Women consolidates all of it, 18 nutrients total, into one daily dose.

    The rest of the formula

    Choline · 100 mg

An essential nutrient, because the amounts the body produces on its own are insufficient. Important for the prevention of fetal neural tube defects. May support healthy fetal brain development and has been linked to positive cognitive outcomes in children.

    Vitamin D · 50 mcg (2,000 IU)

Algae derived. Plays a role in immune function and bone health and there is a high prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in the population.

    Vitamin B12 · 16 mcg

Aids cell division, including red blood cell production. Plays a key role in brain and central nervous system development during pregnancy helping prevent some birth defects. Supplemental vitamin B12 with an appropriate diet has been associated with higher odds of live birth among women undergoing IVF and has been linked to positive cognitive outcomes in children.

    Iodine · 220 mcg

A key component of thyroid hormones, which help regulate the development of the fetal brain and nervous system.

    Zinc · 11 mg

Has an important role in cell division, growth, tissue repair, wound healing, immunity and response to infection.

    Selenium · 60 mcg

Has antioxidant properties and supports thyroid function, immune function and it is important for DNA production.

    Vitamin A · 770 mcg RAE

Supports vision and it is crucial for normal fetal development of the eye. It is also involved in immune function, proper female reproductive function, skin health, fetal growth and development.

    Vitamin C · 120 mg

A powerful antioxidant that supports energy metabolism, immune and nervous function. It also helps absorbs iron and is involved in collagen synthesis which is important for tissue growth and repair.

    Vitamin E · 19 mg

A powerful antioxidant. It enhances immune function and has been associated with improved endometrial development.

    Vitamin K2 · 90 mcg

Essential for fetal development, coagulation and bone formation.

    Thiamin (Vitamin B1) · 1.4 mg

Supports nerve function and energy metabolism

    Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) · 1.4 mg

Supports energy metabolism, immune function and cell growth and development. It is also involved in skin health, red blood cell production and has antioxidant properties.

    Niacin (Vitamin B3) · 18 mg

Supports energy metabolism, DNA creation and repair and has antioxidant effects.

    Vitamin B6 · 2 mg

Supports energy metabolism, nerve function, immune function, red blood cell production, and steroid hormone modulation. It is important for normal brain development.

    Biotin (Vitamin B7) · 30 mcg

Supports energy metabolism and it is essential in protein synthesis, cell replication, gene activity and cellular signal regulation. It is important for normal growth of the embryo.

Comprehensive preconception nutrition has traditionally meant several pills a day over a window that can run for weeks. A single daily dose, sweetened without added sugar and colored with food-based ingredients, is built to make that consistency realistic, for however long that window ends up being for you.

    A note on expectations

This formula supports preconception nutrition alongside medical care. It cannot promise or guarantee a pregnancy, and it isn’t a substitute for your fertility doctor’s guidance. What it offers is a research-grounded nutritional foundation for the work your body is already doing.
